Để nhằm thuận tiện cho khách hàng, chúng tôi có 2 hình thức thanh toán gồm: nhận hàng trả tiền mặt và chuyển khoản qua ngân hàng. Khách hàng có thể lựa chọn bất kỳ hình thức thanh toán nào để phù hợp và thuận tiện cho mình nhất. Công ty luôn có những hỗ trợ nhiệt tình cho quý vị.
- Phương thức giao hàng – Trả tiền mặt
– Phương thức giao hàng – Trả tiền mặt áp dụng đối với mọi khách hàng thông qua các đối tác vận chuyển
– Khách hàng có thể đặt hàng qua website hoặc qua điện thoại 0935.223.954. Nhân viên của chúng tôi sẽ gọi điện xác nhận với khách hàng về sản phẩm và phương thức vận chuyển.
– Quý khách có trách nhiệm thanh toán đầy đủ toàn bộ giá trị đơn hàng cho nhân viên giao nhận ngay sau khi hoàn tất kiểm tra hàng hóa và nhận phiếu giao hàng.
- Phương thức thanh toán trước
– Chuyển tiền, chuyển khoản tại các hệ thống ngân hàng.
1 – Khách hàng liên hệ hotline 0935.223.954 để xác nhận đơn hàng sau khi đã đặt hàng thành công trên website. Bộ phận CSKH sẽ xác nhận thông tin và số tiền thanh toán với khách hàng.
2 – Chuyển tiền theo thông tin tài khoản: Sau khi xác nhận xong đơn hàng và số tiền phải thanh toán, Khách hàng chuyển khoản theo thông tin mà CSKH đã cung cấp.
3 – Khách hàng thông báo cho chúng tôi (Điện thoại, Email, SMS, …) khi quý khách đã thực hiện chuyển tiền/chuyển khoản. Hoặc liên hệ trực tiếp qua hotline để thông báo giao dịch.
4 – Ngay sau khi nhận được thông báo xác nhận từ phía ngân hàng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo lại cho khách hàng đồng thời tiến hành giao hàng cho quý khách.
Công ty sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về sai sót trong quá trình chuyển khoản hoặc chuyển khoản sai thông tin. Quý khách phải làm việc trực tiếp với ngân hàng để giải quyết sai sót trên!
