Ở nhiều nước phát triển hiện nay, khái niệm phơi quần áo trên dây phơi ngoài trời đã trở nên xa lạ. Giờ đây, công việc giặt giũ chuyển sang các cửa hàng giặt khô là hơi và rất ít người còn tự giặt giũ tại nhà. Ngược lại, ở Châu Á mà ngay cả ở một số thành phố lớn của Châu Âu như Lisbon (thủ đô của Bồ Đào Nha) hay Naples (thành phố của Ý) vẫn còn sự hiện diện của những dây phơi quần áo. Tại đây, việc phơi phóng quần áo ngay trước sân, trước hiên nhà hay trên tầng gác là chuyện rất đỗi bình thường và “chẳng có gì phải ngại”.
Không hề khó khăn để tìm thấy dây phơi quần áo tại Việt Nam. Khi nhìn vào dây phơi quần áo của một gia đình, chúng ta có thể vô tình đọc được nhiều thông tin về gia đình, hoàn cảnh, nghề nghiệp… dù chưa từng gặp chủ hộ. Một việc riêng tư như việc phơi phóng tại các gia đình lại công cộng hóa một vài thông tin qua những dây phơi quần áo. Để cấu thành lên được một chiếc giàn phơi thông minh, những bộ phận của giàn phơi đều phải được làm từ chất liệu tốt, có khả năng chịu lực cũng như độ ổn định trong khi sử dụng.
Bộ tời quay/tay quay
Bộ tời “ghi điểm” vì khả năng nâng hạ thanh phơi, đảm bảo được tính thẩm mỹ và hiệu quả khi phơi quần áo. Sở hữu nhiệm vụ nâng hạ thanh phơi, đây là bộ phận cực kì quan trọng nên thường được làm từ những chất lượng tốt để có thể chịu tải trọng để “gánh” cả bộ giàn phơi. Nói cách khác, thiết kế bộ tời quyết định bộ giàn phơi chịu được mức tải trọng là 40kg, 45kg hoặc 50kg, 60kg.
Thiết kế bộ tời tay quay giàn phơi gồm có tay quay và hộp quay. Trong hộp quay các phụ kiện gồm có dây cáp, trục quay, bánh răng… Để đảm bảo độ bền và tính năng phơi tốt nhất, bộ tời quay được làm từ các loại vật liệu tốt nhất như inox, hợp kim nhôm, hợp kim titan… Ngoài ra, để đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ thiết kế bộ tời tay quay còn được trang trí thêm các họa tiết, hoa văn bắt mắt.
Các cải tiến thiết kế bộ tời giàn phơi tay quay
Ở model cũ bộ tời tay quay giàn phơi thông minh thường được làm liền, tức là tay quay được làm rời khỏi hộp quay. Với mẫu bộ tời này, để nâng hạ thanh phơi di chuyển cần tiến hành tháo – lắp tay quay vào ổ quay tương ứng của thanh phơi. Sự hạn chế của thiết kế tay quay rời là việc sử dụng mất nhiều thời gian hơn; đồng thời dễ gặp phải sự cố rơi, gãy hoặc mất tay quay.
Hiện nay, bộ tời giàn phơi thông minh đã được cải tiến thiết kế với tay quay được làm liền hộp quay. Khi tay quay được làm liền bộ tời có thể điều khiển nâng hạ cùng lúc cả 2 thanh phơi nên tiết kiệm thời gian hơn. Và lẽ dĩ nhiên khi tay quay được làm liền cũng tránh được các sự cố tay quay bị rơi, gãy hoặc mất.
Ngoài ra, bộ tời tay quay liền trục còn có tính năng phơi tốt hơn bộ tời tay quay rời vì được trang bị thêm cơ cấu chống rối dây, cơ cấu hãm kép tự động. Chính vì thế việc điều khiển nâng thanh phơi khi có tải nhẹ hơn.
Bộ ròng rọc
Bộ ròng rọc là linh kiện giữ chức năng liên kết bộ tay quay và thanh phơi. Bộ ròng rọc gồm puli kép, puli hướng, puli đơn và dây cab. Với nhiệm thu tha và thả dây cab, bộ ròng rọc là một thành phần quan trọng liên kết giữa tay quay, ngoài ra với nguyên lý hoạt động của ròng rọc sẽ giúp giảm ma sát, giảm trọng lượng của thanh phơi quần áo, khiến việc điều chỉnh thanh phơi nâng lên – hạ xuống không tốn quá nhiều sức
Thanh phơi
Thanh phơi là bộ phận cần phải chịu được lực lớn từ trọng lượng của quần áo được treo lên. Bộ phận này thường được làm từ hợp kim nhôm cao cấp hoặc hợp kim titan… Để tăng tính thẩm mỹ, thanh phơi được sơn thêm một lớp tích điện. Tuỳ theo nhu cầu sử dụng thì người tiêu dùng có thể lựa chọn nhiều loại giàn phơi hiện đại với nhiều kích thước khác nhau để lựa chọn cho gia đình mình.
